CLAIM

Although it is very rare for delivered products to have defects, we would like to inform you that we are always ready to deal with any problems promptly, to your complete satisfaction. It’s important for us to find a quick solution so that you don’t have to wait any longer than necessary (claims are usually processed within a few days).
 

When can I make a complaint about a product ?

We are liable for defects in the goods at the time of delivery. However, we accept no liability for new defects, particularly those resulting from misuse. For used products, we are not liable for defects due to use or wear at the time of delivery. In the case of products with an expiration date, we guarantee that these products can be used throughout this period. Please note that increased sensitivity or an allergic reaction to the product delivered cannot be considered a defect in the goods. Similarly, the presence of any deficiency on a gift or other service offered free of charge cannot be the subject of a claim. The product illustrations shown on our website are for guidance only and do not constitute an illustration of the product’s characteristics (packaging may differ if such a change has been made by the manufacturer).
 

What are my rights in the event of a claim? 

In the event of a product defect, we can arrange for compensation in the form of a voucher. You are also entitled to have the defect rectified, either by repair or by delivery of a new product. If such removal proves impossible or inappropriate, you have the right to request a discount on the purchase price. In this case, you keep the goods and we will offer you compensation in the form of a credit note corresponding to part of your price.
