Our products are generally available. If an item is unavailable at the time of your order, you will be notified immediately by e-mail. You can have your order delivered to the address of your choice: home, work or any other address you have selected in your address book.

1- Delivery times

All products are 99% available. Delivery time is generally between 3 and 5 days, adding the time it takes for your parcel to be delivered, i.e. 2 working days in colissimo mode for France and 3 days for the rest of Europe. These delivery times exclude transport problems (strikes, weather problems, etc.).

Your order will only be processed once it has been validated by our sales department on receipt of your payment. The actual availability of your product is therefore confirmed by e-mail, no later than 24 hours after validation of your order.

In short: If your product is “in stock”, this means that we will send a dispatch order to our warehouse the same day (for orders placed and paid for before 3pm). Orders placed and paid for after 3pm will be processed the following day. If your product is not in stock, you will be informed by e-mail of the delivery time.

2- Place of delivery

Our carriers deliver anywhere in mainland France and Europe (EEC). By clicking on “Your Account” and then on “My Address Book”, you can easily manage up to 5 different delivery addresses. So, depending on your order, you can choose to have it delivered to your home, your workplace or a friend’s house (for gifts or vacations).
 

3- Shipping and transportation

We work exclusively with La Poste, whose reputation is well established. Your parcel will be delivered to the address of your choice. As soon as we make a shipment, you will immediately receive an e-mail informing you. This carrier has the advantage of being able to deliver perfectly to both private and business customers. In concrete terms, if you are absent on the day of delivery, your letter carrier will leave a delivery notice in your letterbox, allowing you to collect your parcel at your post office for 15 days, at your convenience. We can, of course, send you your parcel number by e-mail.
On the other hand, in the event of the loss of a parcel, we are unfortunately not responsible for the actions of La Poste, and we can only proceed with a new shipment once La Poste has drawn up an official declaration of loss, i.e. after 21 days. Similarly, in the event of an impromptu postal strike, we decline all responsibility for any delay in delivery.
 

4- Delivery charges

Delivery costs depend on the weight of your package and the delivery method you choose. Shipping costs may be offered under promotional conditions, in which case a minimum order amount will be specified on the relevant promotional offer on the home page of the site. 
 

5- Tracking your order

At each stage in the processing of your order, an e-mail is automatically sent to you for real-time tracking. To track the status of your order online at any time, simply log in to our site and view your order in the list of past orders accessible from your account page. An updated status of your order will instantly appear on your screen! You can also contact our Customer Service department for further information.
